✨ You have 10 days from the day of your package arrival, to contact us with ANY issues in regards to you order. LC AND SWABS MUST be tested on AGAR, and photos NEED to be provided. If photos are NOT provided then any replacement or refund will not be granted.

✨ All work is done in a sterile environment in front of a laminar flow hood. Please keep in mind that spores ARE exposed to air as soon as the veil breaks. We recommend testing on agar for viability. Per policy, with any replacements or refunds, you have 10 days from the day of delivery to contact us with photos of the contaminated agar test, otherwise replacements or refunds will not be given. Only tests on agar will be accepted.

✨ All research syringes come in a 10cc syringe and an 18 gauge needle along with an alcohol prep wipe. Be sure to shake the syringe aggressively to ensure even distribution of culture inside. The recommended amount of culture needed per use is about 1cc-1.5cc's. Contamination will have a greater chance of happening, otherwise.

✨ Any damaged or lost packaged caused by the postal carried or during shipment will NOT be replaced or refunded. Once your tracking information has been updated to your invoice, we have left the package in the hands of the carrier. The package is no longer in our possession and therefore is no longer our responsibility for anything that happens during shipment.

✨ It is YOUR responsibility to make sure that you enter all correct shipping information. This includes correct name and correct address. It is not our responsibility, but yours to ensure that you have a safe place to receive your package.

✨ International orders that are stopped and/or returned by Customs will NOT be refunded. It is your responsibility to know the laws and regulations of your country and you take the risk to have it delivered or denied.
