LC MUST BE TESTED ON AGAR with pics and emailed to us for replacement consideration. All LC is tested regularly to ensure quality control!

Order Processing Orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. (Subject to change based on number of orders in queue You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is completed. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number (if applicable) will be provided via email. B. Shipping Locations We currently ship to all 50 States within the United States Of America. If you are outside these areas, please contact us before placing an order. C. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options: Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4-7 business days Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days Overnight and 2 day Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days Local Pickup: Available in Purcell, Norman, and OKC. Must message to schedule set time, day, and pickup location. Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. This also includes certain products that have a shelf life during shipping. See below for list of products and recommended shipping. D. Shipping Fees Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available on orders over set amounts for various products. E. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Thunder Oak Mycology is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they are in the carrier’s hands. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 day of delivery with photos of the damage.
2. Returns & Refunds Policy Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict no-return policy except in cases of product defects or errors on our part. A. Refund Eligibility We only offer refunds or replacements in the following situations: The wrong item was sent. Your order arrived damaged or defective. Your package was lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier). All refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. B. How to Request a Refund or Replacement Contact Us at thunderoak@domain.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Provide Photos of any damaged or incorrect items. Wait for Approval – We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. If your refund is approved, funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3 business days (not including bank processing times) C. Cancellations & Changes Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled. D. Products and recommended shipping times Agar Petri dishes/ slants- 3-7 days (if temps below 90 degrees, 2 day if above 90) plates will contaminate from high heat and excess moisture during shipping. Grain bags / substrate- 5-7 days (if temps below 90 degrees, 3-5 days if above 90 degrees) colonized fruiting blocks- standard ground shipping castellini vials- standard shipping. Please be aware that shipping in the hot summer months with the possible risk the postal service being used may be delayed and products can contaminate. Please factor this in for the area you reside or where products are being shipped. We will do what we can to ensure our products arrive in the same quality as they left our processing facility but negligence by customers will result in a denial of refunds or replacement. 3.
